Cher Membre ICF Belgium,
Nous vous convions à la deuxième Assemblée Générale Ordinaire d'ICF Belgium.
Le quorum requis des 50% des membres effectifs présents ou représentés n’ayant pas été atteint lors de l’Assemblée Générale Ordinaire du 26 mai 2026, une deuxième Assemblée Générale Ordinaire est convoquée. Aucun quorum ne sera requis lors de cette deuxième Assemblée Générale Ordinaire.
L'Assemblée Générale est le pouvoir souverain de l'organisation. Elle est composée de tous les membres actifs ayant payé leurs cotisations à la fois à ICF Global et à ICF Belgium, comme précisé dans les statuts.
Pour vous inscrire, vous devez être membre et entrer dans votre espace personnel. En cas d'absence, vous pouvez donner une procuration à un membre d’ICF Belgium qui remplit les critères susmentionnés.
Vous recevrez le lien Zoom de l'événement par email après votre inscription.
L'ordre du jour sera le suivant :
1. Approbation du rapport d’activité 2025
2. Approbation des comptes annuels 2025
3. Décharge aux administrateurs et représentants pour 2025
4. Validation du budget 2026
5. Nominations et démissions d'administrateurs de l'Organe d'Administration
L'Assemblée Générale Ordinaire se conclura à 19h.

We nodigen u vriendelijk uit voor de tweede Gewone Algemene Vergadering van ICF Belgium.
Aangezien het vereiste quorum van 50% van de stemgerechtigde leden niet werd bereikt tijdens de Algemene Vergadering van 26 mei 2026, wordt een tweede Gewone Algemene Vergadering bijeengeroepen. Er zal geen quorum vereist zijn tijdens deze tweede Gewone Algemene Vergadering.
De Algemene Vergadering vertegenwoordigt de soevereine macht van de Organisatie. Ze wordt gevormd door alle actieve leden die hun lidgeld hebben betaald aan zowel ICF Global als ICF Belgium, zoals bepaald in de statuten.
Om U te registreren dient u lid zijn en inloggen op uw persoonlijke omgeving. In geval van afwezigheid, kunt u een volmacht verlenen aan een lid van ICF Belgium dat aan de bovenstaande criteria voldoet.
U ontvangt de Zoomlink van het evenement per e-mail na uw inschrijving.
Op het programma staan volgende agendapunten:
1. Goedkeuring van het jaarverslag 2025
2. Goedkeuring van de jaarrekening 2025
3. Decharge aan de bestuurders en vertegenwoordigers voor 2025
4. Goedkeuring van de begroting 2026
5. Benoemingen en ontslagen van bestuurders van het bestuursorgaan
De Gewone Algemene Vergadering zal eindigen om 19.00 uur.

We invite you to attend the second ICF Belgium Ordinary General Assembly.
As the required quorum of 50% of the effective members present or represented was not reached during the Ordinary General Assembly of 26 May 2026, a second Ordinary General Assembly is hereby convened. No quorum will be required during this second Ordinary General Assembly.
The General Assembly is the sovereign body of the organization. It is made up of all the active members who have paid their membership fees to both ICF International and ICF Belgium, as set out in the bylaws.
To register, you need to be a member and log in to your personal area. In case of absence, you may grant a proxy to an ICF Belgium member who meets the above-mentioned criteria.
You will receive the Zoom link for the event by email after your registration.
The following items are on the agenda:
1. Approval of the 2025 annual report
2. Approval of the 2025 annual accounts
3. Discharge of the directors and representatives for 2025
4. Approval of the 2026 budget
5. Appointments and dismissals of directors of the Board of Directors
The Ordinary General Assembly will end at 07:00 PM
