Se préparer à l’arrivée de l’IA en coaching : peut-on encore coacher comme avant à l’ère de l’IA ?

Cette conférence interactive explore le basculement en cours du coaching, du management et de l’accompagnement avec l’émergence de l’intelligence artificielle générative. Inspirée du livre Le coaching augmenté, elle propose une lecture lucide et incarnée d’une transformation déjà à l’œuvre : des IA capables de questionner, d’analyser et parfois de révéler des angles morts professionnels, pendant que coachs, managers et dirigeants s’interrogent sur leur légitimité future.

Ni technophile naïve ni technophobe défensive, cette conférence trace une voie exigeante et responsable : utiliser l’IA non pour remplacer la relation humaine, mais pour la renforcer, la structurer et l’élever. À partir de recherches, de cas concrets et d’expérimentations de terrain, Jean-François Thiriet montrera comment passer d’un coaching fragilisé par la technologie à un coaching réellement augmenté, fondé sur la conscience, l’éthique, la posture et la responsabilité.

Les participants seront invités à réfléchir sur :

• La place irremplaçable du coach humain à l’ère de l’IA
• Les apports concrets et les limites de l’IA dans l’accompagnement professionnel

Deze interactieve conferentie verkent de lopende transformatie van coaching, management en professionele begeleiding door de opkomst van generatieve artificiële intelligentie. Geïnspireerd door het boek Augmented Coaching, biedt ze een heldere en belichaamde kijk op een verandering die al gaande is: AI-systemen die kunnen bevragen, analyseren en soms professionele blinde vlekken blootleggen, terwijl coaches, managers en leiders zich afvragen wat hun toekomstige legitimiteit zal zijn.

Niet naïef technofiel, noch defensief technofobisch, schetst deze conferentie een veeleisend en verantwoordelijk pad: AI gebruiken niet om de menselijke relatie te vervangen, maar om haar te versterken, te structureren en te verdiepen. Op basis van onderzoek, concrete cases en praktijkexperimenten toont Jean-François Thiriet hoe coaching die door technologie verzwakt wordt, kan evolueren naar écht augmented coaching, gestoeld op bewustzijn, ethiek, houding en verantwoordelijkheid.

Preparing for the arrival of AI in coaching: can we still coach as before in the age of AI?

This interactive conference explores the ongoing shift in coaching, management and support with the emergence of generative artificial intelligence. Inspired by the book Le coaching augmenté (Augmented Coaching), it offers a lucid and embodied reading of a transformation already underway: AI capable of questioning, analysing and sometimes revealing professional blind spots, while coaches, managers and executives question their future legitimacy.

Neither naively technophile nor defensively technophobic, this conference charts a demanding and responsible course: using AI not to replace human relationships, but to strengthen, structure and elevate them. Drawing on research, real-life cases and field experiments, Jean-François Thiriet will show how to move from coaching that is weakened by technology to coaching that is truly enhanced, based on awareness, ethics, posture and responsibility.

Participants will be invited to reflect on:

• The irreplaceable role of the human coach in the age of AI
• The concrete contributions and limitations of AI in professional coaching
• The skills and attitudes to be reinforced in order to remain central to the coaching relationship

Time will be set aside for interaction, allowing participants to:

• Observe and experience firsthand an AI coach developed by Jean-François Thiriet.

For more than 20 years, Jean François Thiriet has been supporting organizations on a key issue of collective performance: the quality of relationships.
